Every thriftedBD piece is a one-of-a-kind preloved item, quality-checked and honestly graded before listing. If what arrives doesn’t match what we described, we’ll make it right.
7-day return policy
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it doesn’t match the description, photos, or condition grade on the product page. Because every piece is unique, we can’t offer exchanges - you’ll receive a refund instead.
Condition requirements
- The item is in the same condition as it was delivered
- It is unworn and unwashed
- Any tags and original packaging are still attached
How to return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number
- We review your request and arrange a courier pickup
- The item is quality-checked when it reaches us
- Your refund is processed once the return is verified
Refunds
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are sent by bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer to the number or account you choose. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes verification. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return was our mistake.
